I am very fitness and sport orientated. If you are local to Newbury, you may see me running all over town or in the gym daily. I am also enthusiastic about bouldering and climb around the UK most weekends when I am not playing golf!

The other side of my hobbies explain how I ended up working in IT – I have had a passion for technology from an early age which continues today, be it building a new custom PC or upgrading my existing one every few years to buying the latest IoT devices for my home.

Personal statement

I’m one of the longest serving employees at Create IT, and now lead the Service Desk team since assuming the role of Technical Manager. My focus within the industry has always been the technical side so this role suits me well, I enjoy troubleshooting difficult problems and planning/implementing large technical projects for our customers.


I’ve been working in the IT industry for over 10 years. Before joining Create IT most of my experience was providing technical support in the education sector, from primary schools to universities. As a result I’ve worked on hundreds of networks of varying sizes and complexity. This background has made me very adaptable and given me the ability to think outside the box on a very limited budget when required!

Core skills

technologies such as VMWare and Hyper-V over the years and supported all client operating systems. I have more recent experience supporting environments in AWS and Azure.
